Parkfields Farm was a 7,000 sq ft luxury replacement dwelling project providing 6 en-suite luxury bedrooms, gym, cinema room and self contained 2 bedroom annex, gardens, grounds and stables.
Coed Duon
Coed Duon was a remodel and extension project maximising the potential of the site to create a luxury, arts and crafts style 6 bedroom house with equestrain facilities including stables and menage.
The entrance and driveway were also relocated to improve access and siting.
The Coach House
The Coach House required a total renovation. Energy efficiency was greatly enhanced with solar panels, additional insulation, replacement windows and doors, new boiler and the introduction of more natural light.
The site was reconfigured to create a new private entrance, more useable garden space, a new 3 bay garage and stabling.
